Donations are utilised for charitable purposes including food distribution, medical aid, education support and community welfare programmes. Where a donor specifies a cause (food or medical), funds are allocated accordingly.
3. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse anonymous, unverifiable or suspicious contributions and to redirect general donations across our active programmes based on real-time need.
4. Tax Benefits
Abhishant Charity Foundation is registered under the Societies Registration Act 21, 1860. Where applicable, 80G tax-exemption receipts are issued within 24 hours of a verified transaction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images and copy on this website are the property of Abhishant Charity Foundation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
